Four teens could face charges after a vehicle crash on I-75 Tuesday morning.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, four people were traveling southbound in a Nissan Maxima on I-75 going 130 mph with no headlights.

The group passed an FHP trooper who was traveling in an unmarked vehicle. The trooper attempted to pull over the Nissan as it exited onto Gibsonton Drive. 

According to the report, the driver, Tyler Wilkinson, 18, lost control of the vehicle on the exit ramp and ran off the road. 

The vehicle overturned multiple times before colliding with the tree line and finally a utility pole. 

As the vehicle overturned, Wilkinson and one of the passengers, Keeley Faircloth, 19, were ejected from the Nissan. 

Both Wilkinson and Faircloth are in serious condition at Tampa General Hospital. 

The crash occurred around 12:30 a.m. at SB exit ramp I-75 and Gibsonton Drive in Hillsborough County. The ramp was closed until 3 a.m. as troopers investigated the crash. 

FHP reported that alcohol and marijuana was found inside the vehicle. 

The other two passengers, Michael Osborne, 18, and a 17-year-old girl, only received minor injuries. 

The crash remains under investigation and charges are pending, according to the report.
