An Auburndale 4-year-old child injured by a gunshot on Friday has died, according to Auburndale Police.
Officials said officers responded to a call for medical assistance Friday night from a home on Lakeside Hills Loop in Auburndale. The injured child was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando where they died.
The incident is still under investigation.
No further information has been released.
