Police in St. Petersburg have issued a murder warrant in connection with Monday night’s fatal shooting.

They’re currently searching for Chaz Bynum, 18.
Officers think he shot and killed Emmanuel Sims, 19, Monday evening while Sims was sitting in a vehicle with two others outside of a South St. Petersburg convenience store.
