Police are on scene of a two-car crash in Clearwater.

Officials said two people received serious injuries in the crash.
The crash occurred at Drew Street and Evergreen Avenue in Clearwater.
Officials said one of the vehicles veered out of control after the initial impact and slammed into a tree on the north side of the road.
Two people were taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg after being extricated by Clearwater Fire & Rescue.
Drew Street is currently closed between Betty Lane and Highland Avenue due to the crash.
Clearwater police are continuing to investigate.
