Temperatures will start to climb Monday, but before that, we've got another cold night ahead. Here's your Tampa Bay area forecast for the overnight hours heading into the work week.

  • Freeze warning for Citrus County tonight
  • Wind Chill for all areas tonight
  • Boating conditions are still hazardous

Lows tonight will be in the upper 30s for Tampa Bay to some upper 20s north. If the winds go calm, frost will be a risk for areas north of Tampa.

But some wind is likely to linger, so frost will not be widespread. Wind chill will still make it feel colder to us and pets.

A Freeze Warning is in effect for Citrus County for tonight.

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for the entire area tonight and Monday morning.

After the cold start Monday, temperatures will begin to climb, getting into the mid 60s. It will still be breezy, and sunny.

Winds will become more easterly, allowing the warm-up.  Monday night will not be as cold, but will still be below normal -- in the upper 40s for Tampa Bay to near 40 north.

Starting Tuesday, highs will be back into the 70s.  Rain chances will be nearly zero though the work week. Winds will be easterly and generally light.
