Maryland law enforcement are searching for the gunman who shot five people -- killing three and injuring two -- at a Maryland business Wednesday morning.

  • 3 killed, 2 wounded in Maryland office park shooting
  • Law enforcement searching for suspect, Radeed Prince
  • Victims believed to be employees of Advanced Granite Solutions

Radee Labeeb Prince, 37, is accused of shooting five people at Advanced Granite Solutions at the Emmorton Business Park in Edgewood, which is roughly 30 miles northeast of Baltimore, the Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said in a press conference.

Authorities said the victims are believed to be employees of the business, and the Prince is believed to be "associated with the business."

"We do not believe there's an immediate threat to the community -- we do believe that this was targeted, with the qualifier that there is an armed and dangerous suspect out there," Gahler said.

Five schools in the Edgewood area have been placed on lockdown as law enforcement search for the suspect.

The shooting was reported just before 9 a.m. and investigators believe Prince drove away in a black 2000 Acadia, with Delaware license plate PC064273.

The two injured victims were in critical condition and taken to Baltimore's Shock Trauma Center, according to the trauma center's twitter account

In June, five employees of an RV-accessory business were gunned down by a disgruntled former coworker in the Orlando area. That gunman, 45-year-old John Neumann Jr., shot and killed himself before deputies responded to Fiamma on Forsyth Road in Orange County.
