Justo Cortes-Lara, 46, was arrested the next day and charged with sexual battery. The victim says Cortes-Lara mows her lawn every week and asked to use her restroom on Tuesday.

While inside the home, Cortes-Lara forced himself on the victim and she tried to push him away saying "no", according to the report. Deputies said a rape exam found male DNA and bite marks on the victim's body.

Cortes-Lara admitted to having sexual intercourse with the victim and provided oral sex. He was arrested for sexual battery rape.

During his first appearance in court on Thursday, Cortes-Lara told a judge he's from Mexico and has been living in the area for 8 years. An assistant state attorney said the defendant's only prior history was driving without a valid license.

The judge gave Cotes-Lara a $100,000 bond.
