It's free dentistry day in New Port Richey--meaning no insurance, no problem.

  • Little Road Dental Care hosting Free Dentistry Day for residents
  • Dentist office wanted to give back to community after Irma

In light of everything families have been dealing with after Hurricane Irma--the clean-up, the stress, the loss of work--Little Road Dental Care wanted to do something to give back to their community.

The dentist office is hosting a free dentistry day Friday where you can get a free cleaning extraction or filling--something residents say will be a huge help.

"It's a huge help, extremely. Dental is expensive. Insurance alone is expensive and it's hard to find jobs and even with your jobs, sometimes it's hard to maintain your household and pay for insurance," Lori Sherburn said.

The business wants to help as many people as possible but are guaranteeing 150 free services. Doors open at 8 a.m. and it is a first come, first serve basis.
