Skies will be clear this evening. Lows will be upper 50s north to mid 60s around Tampa Bay.

  • Morning fog
  • Very low rain chance
  • Warm afternoons

Fog or low clouds will form late tonight.

The morning fog will take a while to burn off. Skies will be partly sunny Monday. There will be a 10 percent chance of showers in the afternoon. These will come from the Atlantic side, so any rain is more likely in Polk County than closer to the Gulf Coast. It will remain warm with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s Monday afternoon.

High temperatures will be slightly above average through mid-week with highs in the mid 80s and lows in the upper 60s to near 70 Tuesday through Thursday. Fog and low clouds will be around each morning.  Winds will be light and a sea breeze will form each day.

A cold front will approach our area on Friday. It is likely to stall out near the area. So,  it will not bring any big changes. The rain chance will be around 20 to 30 percent for Friday and Saturday.
