Three people have been arrested for dozens of vehicle burglaries in Manatee County.

David Schwerha, 28, Christopher Dumont, 27, and Christopher Lembachner, 21, have been charged for committing approximately 30 vehicle burglaries in the last month. 

The sheriff's office was first called out to Lexington Drive in Parrish on Nov. 28 regarding a suspicious white male looking inside vehicles with a flashlight. Deputies located Schwerha in the area. He was in possession of stolen property and was arrested. 

The investigation led to the arrests of Dumont and Lembachner. 

Deputies said all three are being charged with multiple counts of burglary and fraudulent use of credit cards. 

Deputies said most of the burglaries occurred in the east and north areas of the county and that most of the vehicles involved were unlocked.
