Here's your Tampa area weather forecast for late Monday into Tuesday morning, along with a look at conditions through the end of the week.

  • Milder Tuesday
  • Another cold front
  • Cool Wednesday

Skies will go from mostly clear to partly cloudy overnight into early Tuesday morning. Temperatures will be chilly, but not as cold as the past couple of mornings.

Lows will be in the upper 30s for Citrus and Hernando counties, low to mid 40s in inland areas, and upper 40s to near 50 close to the coast.

Tuesday will feature patchy clouds with winds increasing, especially in the afternoon. Another front will pass and we might see a few sprinkles, but we won’t get any significant rain with this front.

It will, however, reinforce the dry, cool air again. We’ll reach the low to mid 70s across the area early Tuesday before the next shot of cool air arrives.

Then cooler air will start moving in Tuesday night into Wednesday, with temperatures going back down into the 40s and 30s early Wednesday morning.

Wednesday will be a sunny day, but cool, with highs again in the low 60s.

Wednesday night will be cold again, with lows in the 40s and 30s under clear skies.

Thursday will be warmer, with highs back around 70. Clouds will be on the increase that day, with a chance for a few showers that afternoon as yet another cold front approaches.

The best chance of rain will be Friday as that next front moves through. Highs will be in the low 70s early Friday, then start dropping when the front comes through Friday afternoon.

Friday night will clear out with another blast of cool air and lows dropping to the 40s and 30s for Saturday morning.
