A 24-year-old woman is in critical condition after being hit in the parking lot of Sandy Lane Apartments in Largo.
Police said a LandRover, driven by Justin Brandes, 26, was traveling at a low rate of speed when it struck the victim, identified as Khadijah Wood, 24, in the parking lot.
Wood was transported to a local hospital for treatment where she remains in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
