A 59-year-old man was killed in a Sunday night crash in Pasco County.
The Florida Highway Patrol said Jerry Lewis Pippins, of Zephyrhills, died at the scene of the crash on Lake Iola Road.
It happened shortly before 10:30 p.m.
Troopers said Pippins was traveling southbound on Lake Iola Road and failed to negotiate a right curve south of Blanton Road.
His vehicle drove onto the east shoulder, collided with a street sign, then collided with several trees. The vehicle also overturned.
