Seminole Heights quadruple murder suspect Howell Donaldson was supposed to appear in court Tuesday.

However, the bond hearing was canceled as Donaldson, through his attorneys, waived his right to have it.

Donaldson, 24, will remain in jail without bond.

He was taken into custody last week after police were tipped off about him at the Ybor City McDonald's where he worked.

According to the arrest report, Donaldson handed a co-worker a McDonald's bag with a gun inside and said he was going to leave the state.

Within moments, a .40 caliber handgun had been found. That is the same weapon police said was used in all four of the Seminole Heights murders.

Residents and police had been on edge since Oct. 9, when 22-year-old Benjamin Mitchell was shot to death.

Two days later, 32-year-old Monica Hoffa, was slain. And on Oct. 19, Anthony Naiboa, 20, was killed after taking the wrong bus home from his new job. On Nov. 14, 60-year-old Ronald Felton was killed.
