The circus community is taking another blow this week. One of their own was killed in a car crash.

  • Circus performer killed in crash in Lake Wales
  • Tatevik Seyranyan, 29, was heading to West Palm performance
  • Tato remember as loving and caring

It happened Friday morning in Lake Wales. Investigators said 29-year-old Tatevik Seyranyan lost control of her car and was killed in the single car crash.

People who've worked with Tato, as she's called, said she was headed to a performance in West Palm Beach from her home in Winter Haven.

Tato has performed all over the world - oftentimes with her family. There are countless videos on The Seyranyan family's website and YouTube account that shows just how unique Tato was.

Check out a performance from Tato in 2015:

When she worked in the Big Apple Circus the people there said she made quite the impression there.

"Tato was an angel and she came to Big Apple circus and she was 26 years old and the most innocent, adorable human being that was so caring and loving and everyone, everyone on the show just kind of took her under their wing. She was to be protected by all because she was the purest person I've ever met in my life," her friend, Jenny Vidbel said.

Beautiful words to describe the woman who could fit in the tiniest spaces, wear many hats and take on anything that came her way. A true loss for the Bay area and circus community.
