A Clearwater man was charged with DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide after a fatal Thursday night crash.

Dustin Lee Rhoades, 29, was arrested after the crash, which happened just before 11:30 p.m., according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Denise Diometre, 65, of New Port Richey, died from her injuries.
The crash happened on East Lake Road at Keystone Road in Pinellas County.
Troopers said Rhoades and Diometre were traveling northbound on East Lake Road when Rhoades' vehicle "overtook and collided" with the rear of Diometre's vehicle.
Both vehicles left the roadway and came to a rest on the shoulder north of the intersection.
Diometre died at Trinity Hospital, according to the FHP.
The blood sample for Rhoades registered 0.16, troopers said.
