Expect a rainy Wednesday morning as a line of rain is moving toward us from the gulf.

  • Rainy morning
  • Cooler day
  • Weekend front

Expect mild temperatures with lows not dropping past the 60s.

The morning commute will likely be wet for a majority of the area. Since the rain will be moving in from the gulf, the coastal areas will see the rain first with inland areas seeing it last.

Either way, it will be overcast and gloomy for at least the first half of the day with beneficial rains. Therefore it will also be cool with highs only in the upper 60s to low 70s.

Late in the afternoon there will likely be some breaks in the clouds with some sun. Wednesday night will be partly cloudy with a few lingering showers.

Lows will be cooler in the upper 50s to low 60s for Thursday morning. We will be on the backside of the low pressure on Thursday, but it will still be close enough to sling some moisture back into our area. So expect scattered showers and variably cloudy to partly sunny skies.

Highs will be back to the mid 70s.

We will be right back to warm conditions Friday but a front is on the way this weekend that will bring a brief shot of cooler air.
