Paradise Ventures has completed development of a 700+ space parking garage in Clearwater Beach.
The 7-story structure, which is a joint venture between the City of Clearwater and Paradise Ventures, is for the use of tourists, local visitors and employees alike.
The parking garage opened Dec. 30, but the opening ceremony was held Thursday afternoon.
The North Beach Parking Plaza Garage is located just a few blocks north of the State Road 60 Roundabout in Clearwater Beach.
The address is 490 Poinsettia Avenue.
