A 35-year-old woman died after crossing Bearss Avenue on her bike Saturday morning, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies say Heather Campbell wasn't wearing a helmet while riding along the shoulder of Bearss Avenue around 9 a.m. Saturday.
According to reports, Campbell was struck by an F-150 while trying to cross the road.
Authorities say Jason Bee, also 35 years old, was driving the vehicle.
Campbell was transported to Florida Hospital. Deputies say she was pronounced dead at 10 a.m.
