The weekend is here! Here's your Tampa area forecast for late Friday on through the weekend.

  • Comfortable Saturday
  • Rain chance Sunday
  • Cooler by Tuesday

A dry cold front will move through tonight.  It will be breezy at times as winds shift to the north.  The dew points will edge down late.

Morning lows will be dropping into the 50s north to low 60s Tampa Bay near sunrise.

Winds will become breezy for the early morning from the northeast. Expect a mostly sunny start to Saturday with a very comfortable feel, as the lower dew points spread south.

With a quick blast of lower humidity it will be a fantastic day.  The sunshine will warm us into the low 80s by afternoon.  Skies will go from sunny to partly cloudy later in the day.

Saturday night will be partly cloudy with lows in the 60s. Some patchy fog is possible.

There will be a batch of moisture headed in our direction that will pass through during the day. The exact timing is still in question, but it does appear we will have a batch of showers moving through the region.

Highs on Sunday will be in the upper 70s.

Sunday night will feature variably cloudy skies with a lingering chance of some showers. Lows will be in the 60s.
