A hit and run in Citrus County last night ended with an arrest and the seizure of a large amount of drugs.

Deputies were called out in reference to a hit and run in the area of W. Meadow Street in Homosassa.
After crashing the stolen vehicle, the driver fled on foot and was running through the neighborhood, deputies said.
Deputies set up a perimeter around the neighborhood and sent out K9's to search for the suspect.
Once located, the suspect, Frank Mancini III, 35, confessed to possessing a large amount of drugs.
He was arrested on several charges:
Trafficking in Methamphetamine (14.5 grams)
Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell (12.8 grams)
Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Sell (9.6 grams)
Grand Theft - Motor Vehicle
