Scattered showers will continue to move from west to east through tonight, with brief heavy rain possible in spots.

Showers will become few late tonight however clouds remain.  Temperatures will be falling into the low 60s.  Monday will turn out cloudy with the chance for rain increasing through the day.  Showers are expected to become more numerous in the evening into Monday night with brief heavy rain again.  Highs Monday will climb into the middle 70s.

A weak frontal system is draped over central Florida keeping atmospheric moisture high, cloud cover, and mild temperatures.  A low pressure moving our way from the Gulf of Mexico will pass through by Monday night.  As it approaches, showers will become more numerous again Monday evening with some spots getting brief heavy rain. 

As the low moves into the Atlantic, showers will taper off late Monday night.  A fast moving cold front will be diving into the central plains and come in behind the low Tuesday.  Temperatures behind the front will be falling 10 to 15 degrees.  Highs will be in the middle 70s Monday and Tuesday, then fall into the middle 60s Wednesday and Thursday.  Lows will dip into the middle to lower 40s.

Monday’s surf conditions will turn fair to good with a northeast to east southeast windswell mix.  Wave heights are going to range between 3 and 4 feet.  Water temperatures are near 70.
