Tonight will be partly cloudy with lows in the mid-50s for the Nature Coast to mid-60s for Tampa.

  • Cooler temperatures tonight
  • Little to no rain
  • Temps in low 80s on Sunday

Strong high pressure stretches from near Bermuda to over Florida. This will keep an east-southeast wind flow and mostly rain-free conditions over Florida through the weekend.

This will allow temperatures will remain a few degrees above normal with daytime highs reaching into the low 80s.

A sea breeze working inland on Sunday may touch off an isolated shower though in the late afternoon, mainly inland.

On Monday, the Florida peninsula will be residing under upper level high pressure.

But, some upper level energy will be moving along the northern Gulf coast during the day.

Monday will bring some clouds, but is not likely to cause any showers.

Once again upper level high pressure returns overhead for Tuesday through Thursday.

Other than a sea breeze cooling the coastal areas, inland areas will see highs in the upper 80s to near 90.

The next front will approach on Friday, but will not move through. Again, it will pass by to the north.
