A veteran and soldier have been charged with killing her PTSD service dog.

Officials with the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office arrested 22-year-old Marinna Rollins and 25-year-old Jarren Heng, charging the pair with cruelty to animals and conspiracy.
Court documents revealed the two took Rollins' treatment dog to the forest and tied him to a tree.
Then they took turns filming and shooting the dog with a rifle five times, according to investigators.
The video has since been released to the public.
Rollins recently received a medical retirement from the military and Heng is a soldier stationed at Fort Bragg.
