UPDATE: 11:30 a.m. - St. Petersburg Police arrested Denzel Tarver, 26, Saturday morning around 10:30 a.m., who is wanted for second-degree murder. 

ORIGINAL REPORT: The St. Petersburg Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted for second degree murder.

Police are asking for the public's help in locating Denzel Rashad Tarver, 26. 

Tarver is accused of shooting and killing Timothy Karl Davis, 34, on May 15 at 11th Avenue South and 23rd Street. 

Officials said officers arrived on scene--after Tarver had fled--about 90 seconds after receiving calls of gunshots being fired. 

The officers administered CPR to Davis until medical personnel arrived, but he died from his injuries. 

Officials said Tarver is 5'2" and weighs 140 lbs. He is considered armed and dangerous.
