David Stubbs played the $25 scratch-off game, $10,000,000 World Class Cash, and won one of the 46 $1 million prizes.
The game features more than $549 million in total cash prizes, including two top prizes of $10 million and 46 prizes of $1 million.
The overall odds of winning are 1 in 2.89.
Stubbs purchased his winning ticket from the Primetime Food Store, located at 501 Commonwealth Ave. S.W. in Polk City.
The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.
