A former Department of Juvenile Justice employee in Polk County has been arrested and charged with inappropriately touching a girl under 12-years-old.

Rolando Dejesus, 41, is charged with one count sexual battery and one count lewd molestation.
Dejesus was a Juvenile Justice Detention officer in Polk and Osceola Counties from 1996 to 1997 and a Justice Juvenile Detention Supervisor from 2004 to 2011.
He was recently a security officer at the Isleworth Golf and Country Security Company in Windermere.
Officials said Dejesus had access to the child in his personal life and not in a work environment.
During the investigation, officials said he admitted to molesting the child.
Dejesus was taken into custody and booked into the Polk County jail with no bond.
