Clearwater Fire Rescue determined that Wednesday evening's fire at an abandoned apartment complex was arson.

The fire broke out shortly before 5:30 p.m. at the former Woodlawn Terrace Apartments.
The eight-unit, two-story apartment complex was abandoned with no power or water to the building.
Fire crews were able to quickly get the fire under control.
No injuries were reported.
