Update: Missing Jackie Hammack found safe and sound in Lake Wales, officials said.
Original: The Haines City Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing and endangered elderly man.
Police said Jackie Hammack, 73, was last seen around 11:30 p.m. Friday, walking away from Haines Manor Assisted Living Facility.
Police said Hammack suffers from mild confusion and walks "bowlegged" with a limp.
Hammack is 5'6", 135 lbs, has blue eyes and a bald head. He was wearing grey sweatpants and a t-shirt.
Anyone with information on Hammack's whereabouts, is asked to call the police department at 863-421-3636.
