It is now July and it is hard to believe that only a month ago we were talking serious drought conditions and wildfire danger.

June is the start of our rainy season and June, 2017 lived up to that reputation. Most locations were way above average in the rainfall department. Most spots were also around normal for the temperatures.

Extra clouds led to below average highs but also kept us a bit warmer at night.

As we transition into July, we don’t’ have much change in our weather.

We usually have morning sunshine, and afternoon and evening storms.

A typical July doesn’t see much of a change in temperature from the 1st to the 31st and we average between 7 and 8 inches of rain.
