  • She was drunk, nude when she attacked police, officials say

The California woman who has more than 70,000 followers on Instagram was arrested and charged with attacking several Clearwater police officers.

The incident happened early in the morning after Fourth of July celebrations. Clearwater Police said they responded to a trespassing call at the Edge Hotel on Clearwater Beach.

A manager told them that Brissa Dominguez-Garcia, 25, had caused a disturbance at the hotel and when security asked her to leave, she acted like she was going but went into a guest’s hotel room instead.

Officials said when police arrived they found Dominguez-Garcia nude. According to the report, one of the officers handed her a towel to cover herself, and the 25-year-old model swung at him, hitting him in the face.

When officers tried to arrest her, officials said she kicked them like a mule and tried to bite and spit on them.

It took three officers to restrain Dominguez-Garcia, who officials say was under the influence of alcohol. She was eventually taken into custody and is facing several charges, including battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, and trespassing.

Dominguez-Garcia has since posted a $10,000 bond and is now out of jail.

Officials said, through it all, she continued to post pictures on Instagram.
