An elderly woman was found deceased after Pasco County Fire Rescue responded to a house fire Tuesday morning.
Crews found a single family home with heavy fire and smoke showing. Fire crews initiated an aggressive fire attack to get inside the home and found the woman in a back bedroom. She was pronounced dead on scene.
The Pasco County Fire Marshal, Florida State fire Marshals, and the medical examiner are investigating the incident. The cause of the fire and death are still unknown.
