A Tampa was arrested Sunday night on his fourth DUI charged since Dec. of 2016.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office received a call about a white Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck driving the wrong way in the westbound lanes of Fletcher Avenue from Nebraska Avenue. Witnesses said the driver continued for one mile until he crossed over the concrete median near N. 22nd Street, crossing back into the eastbound lanes. 

A deputy spotted the pickup truck and conducted a traffic stop. 

During the traffic stop, the deputy noticed an open container of beer in the cup holder and several empty beer cans on the front passenger floorboard. 

A sobriety test was conducted and Juan Velasco-Arcos, 29, was arrested for DUI. Officials said his blood alcohol content registered .198. 

This was Acros' fourth DUI arrest since Dec. of 2016, officials said.
