A St. Petersburg police officer is being disciplined over an off-duty incident at a concert in July 2017, the second time he's been in trouble with the department.

Police said Officer Curtis Wright was at a concert when he became belligerent and repeatedly pushed a guard.

A review board issued him a one-month suspension, ordered him not to drink alcohol for five years, submit to random testing and undergo counseling for "conduct unbecoming an employee."

This isn't the first time Wright has faced scrutiny by the department over an incident. In September 2016, Wright was charged with domestic battery after an argument with his live-in girlfriend.

He was placed on administrative duty pending the outcome of the investigation.

Wright has been a St. Petersburg officer since April 2010.
