Fog and low clouds are likely to develop tonight. Lows will be higher than last night, near 50 north to upper 50s for Tampa.

  • Warming trend continues Monday
  • Highs in the 70s
  • Cold front moving in Tuesday

On Monday winds shift to southeast, so the warming continues. Highs will be in the 70s.

With warmer and more humid air moving in over the Gulf, sea fog is possible by evening and Monday night.  A southwest sea breeze may bring the fog onshore by the late afternoon and evening.

Isolated showers will be possible after sunset as the cold front will be approaching from the west. The fog and low clouds will stay around into Tuesday morning.

On Tuesday, a cold front moves through the Gulf and across Florida. There will be scattered showers with the front, from Monday night into Tuesday.  The fog will be swept out later in the day.

High pressure slips in behind the front on Wednesday. The front stalls out not far to our south.  So the cooling will be minimal, but a few showers will be possible south of Tampa Bay Wednesday.

On Thursday, the temperatures will be just slightly below normal.

It will be breezy Friday and Saturday and will be warming up.
