A grand jury in Polk County has indicted the man accused of killing an Orlando musician in September for first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm.

Calvin Jones is accused of shooting and killing Damien Rahim, a reggae pop-star also known as "Khamelien," at the Days Inn in Davenport on Sept. 15.

Jones, 26, was indicted Tuesday.

Authorities searched for Jones for nearly a month before Polk County deputies tracked down and arrested him at a Poinciana area home on Oct. 10.

Jones was released from a state prison in 2011 after serving time for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
