Casey Anthony's lawyer has filed a new motion to continue her civil trial until a judge issues a ruling on a previous motion.

Attorney Charles Greene filed the motion Wednesday, asking for at least a 60-day delay from the time the court rules on some previous motions.

The latest motion comes just a week after Greene filed a motion asking for the case to be dismissed, because the plaintiff, Zenaida Gonzalez, could not prove defamation.

In February, Gonzalez's lawyers filed a motion to make Casey Anthony provide her home address.

A hearing is scheduled for later in March on the motions.

But Greene wants that postponed, too, until the judge gives a summary judgement.
