Members of a Brevard County neighborhood watch program helped rescue four people from the Indian River.
Rockledge Police said someone from the Indian River Condos Neighborhood Watch group saw a canoe capsize Saturday night.
Four people were clinging to the canoe without life preservers. Another neighborhood watch member used his sailboat to bring police officers to the canoe, where they pulled the victims out of the water.
