Hundreds of people waited in line Monday to get their hands on tickets to see former President Bill Clinton speak in Orlando Wednesday.

Some started lining up as early as 5 a.m.

When asked what she wanted to hear from Clinton, Daytona Beach resident Janet New said, "just about the economy and about his policies about when he was in office and how he got a surplus and how he balanced the budge,t and I want him to bring a correlation between what he did and what Obama's plan is."

Details for Clinton’s stop to rally support for President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign were announced Sunday.

Clinton will speak at the Rosen Plaza in International Drive Wednesday, Sept. 12. Doors for the event open at 4:30 p.m. and you must have a ticket to get in.

You can still pick up tickets Tuesday, starting at 10 a.m.

Clinton is scheduled to be in Miami the day before.

The visit comes just days after President Obama took a two-day bus tour to visit St. Petersburg College and Kissimmee on Saturday and Melbourne and West Palm Beach on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney spent Saturday campaigning in Virginia and visited the NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Richmond International Raceway.
