The Marion County woman, caught on camera leaving a baby behind in a crime, is back behind bars again.

Twenty-three-year-old Laura Niemeyer was arrested Sunday weekend for kidnapping and robbery.

Police said she and Clarence Cunningham, robbed a man at gunpoint, forcing him to give up his clothes and his phone.

They then tried to get him to cash money orders, but he was able to call police from inside the store.

Niemeyer sits in the Marion County Jail on $110,000 bond. Cunningham’s bond was set at $170,000.

On July 20, 2012, Niemeyer and her sister Allison were confronted about stealing merchandise from a Walmart. They ran from the store, leaving Allison’s 1-year-old son behind.

Both were arrested the next night after they were spotted dancing at an Ocala nightclub. Child neglect charges were eventually dropped in exchange for guilty pleas in the theft.
