The guests on board Royal Caribbean's Grandeur of the Seas found themselves in safety positions early Monday morning after a fire was reported on one of the lower decks.

The fire was reported on deck three around 2:50 a.m. Monday.

The fire was put out, but the ship's captain decided it was necessary to muster all 2,224 guests and 796 crew members. No one was hurt.

Grandeur of the Seas was supposed to sail to CocoCay, Royal Caribbean's private island. Instead it sailed right to Freeport, Bahamas for evaluation.

The Grandeur of the Seas sailed out of Baltimore, with a stop at Port Canaveral before the fire.
