The daughter of George Zimmerman attorney Don West caused a bit of a flap Friday after she posted a photo on the social media site Instagram.
The post shows Molly West, her sister and father eating ice cream.
It wasn't necessarily the picture that was the problem, but the #dadkilledit hashtag she used.
Friday night, her father issued the following statement:
“Sometimes our children do things that deeply disappoint us, but we love them anyway, and we move on. The defense team is highly sensitive to the issues that surround this case."
After the controversy surfaced, Molly deleted her Instagram account.
