A hearing was held in Tampa Tuesday in Casey Anthony’s bankruptcy case.

Attorney's for Anthony and Roy Kronk were at the hearing at the federal court house in Tampa.

The hearing was a short one with a new hearing date set for both cases involving Zenaida Gonzalez and Roy Kronk.

A bankruptcy judge recently decided Casey won't have to pay most of her debts, except for taxes and debts related to student loans or criminal fines.

That includes debt from pending proceedings like the defamation suits brought by Gonzalez and Kronk. They want damages for things Anthony said during the murder trial of her daughter Caylee.

Anthony was acquitted of murder in her daughter's death back in 2011.

She filed for bankruptcy last year listing more than $792,000 in debts.
