A new study from Canada claims our brains slow down faster than we thought...so when are you considered over the hill?...try 24.
Canadian Researchers from Simon Fraser University found cognitive motor skills peaked at 24.
They figured this out by having a group of people ages 16 to 44 play the fast-moving computer war game, "Star Craft 2"...it revealed that players had a decrease or slow-down in a measure of cognitive speed.
But it's not all bad news, the study shows where some lacked speed they made up in crafty and cunning ways proving that adage 'older but wiser'.
