According to a recent study, obese women who have had a bout with breast cancer may be able to reduce a recurrence by taking certain anti-inflammatory drugs.

Researchers say taking drugs like aspirin regularly could cut those chances by 50 percent.

During their findings, researchers say women who did get breast cancer, took painkillers and relapsed, had a longer period of time before the recurrence of the cancer than those who didn't take the drugs.

But doctors do warn patients that painkillers have side effects, such as a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
