Police said Figueroa-Reyes walked into the Circle K located at 10 S. John Young Parkway around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. He brandished a silver handgun at the clerk and then left on foot. No one inside the store was injured, police said.

Detectives obtained an arrest warrant and search warrant for Figueroa-Reyes' residence.

He was taken into custody, and detectives recovered the weapon used in the robbery. Figueroa-Reyes cooperated with detectives, police said.

He was charged with armed robbery and carrying a concealed firearm. He was taken to the Osceola County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
