Investigators in Brevard County have released surveillance video showing the gunman accused of a deadly mall shooting just moments before it all happened last month.

In the surveillance video released by the Melbourne Police Department, the suspect, 57-year-old Jose Garcia-Rodriguez, is seen casually walking into Melbourne Square Mall on Jan. 17 through one of the hallways off one of the stores.

You can see him shuffling his hands in his jacket.

Witnesses report hearing several shots in the food court as 911 calls flooded in as the mall was about to open for business for a busy Saturday.

Moments later another man runs for cover from out that same door.

According to police, Garcia-Rodriguez was armed with three handguns and pockets full of ammunition.

Once inside police say he went to the food court area and shot his wife, 33-year-old Idanerys Garcia-Rodriguez, and also 36-year-old Leonardo Coppola, the owner and operator of Scotto's Pizza in the food court.

Jose Garcia-Rodriguez then turned the gun on himself and later died at the hospital according to police.

Coppola later died at the hospital. Ida Garcia-Rodriguez survived.

Investigators say Coppola was trying to move Ida out of the way, but he wound up shot and killed.

Police said the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute between the gunman and his wife.

Detectives continue to work with her on the investigation as she recovers.
