Several JetBlue flights were delayed Monday morning because of a systemwide computer problem.

The company said it has fixed the issue, which caused delays and forced the airline to manually check in passengers.

Several incoming and 12 departure flights were delayed at Orlando International Airport, according to an airport spokesperson. The system was reportedly down from 5:30 a.m. to 6:45 a.m.

Five flights departing Tampa International Airport were also delayed.

The company apologized to customers via their Twitter account, but did not specify how long it would take to work through the delays.
