It’s the first time the city beautiful is hosting one of the biggest college football games and business owners are expecting to see sales soar.

"I'm about to cut up 200 pounds of onions and about four boxes of bell peppers and that will be for our Philly cheese steaks," said Carmen Smith, Owner of Igotchu Sea & Soul Food.

Smith, a food vendor, was prepping early Saturday morning for the big game.

"We have been up since 7 this morning. Shopping and gathering and getting everything we need," said Smith.

Smith has seven employees who help her with her business. On Saturday morning, they helped her get ready.

The location of her business is great for sales.

The stadium is less than 100 feet away so she is expecting to see long lines and a big demand.

"We are prepared to serve 2,000 people, restaurants don't do that in a day," said Smith.

Smith said she expects sales to rise 30 percent.

"You can tell when the hotels are full because the prices go up. these big games bring a lot of money into the city," said Smith.

Florida Citrus Sports estimates Orlando will make $35 million in revenue from the game.

The Clemson Tigers beat the Virginia Tech Hokies 42 to 35.
