What is a convention without merchandise?

We take a look at some of the items for sale at the Republican National Convention, from the official T-shirts and campaign buttons to some of the more unusual items.

Florida Delegate Thelma Rohan and her husband Mike had to get in the game.

“Since this is my first convention I thought I’d dress up like they used to dress up in the olden days of conventions,” said Thelma.

For those who forgot to bring something unique to wear, there’s plenty of clothing and collectables outside the arena.

“Hats go really well, basically anything you put out with Trump sells,” said vendor Tino Ferreira.

Ferreira says a childhood growing up in Sarasota prepared him for selling in Cleveland.

“Believe it or not I come from a 7 generation circus family and I’ve been doing this since I was 10 years old, I started selling merchandise when I was a kid, that was my first job in the circus,” said Ferreira.

Vendors also have some unique items to sell: from Trump bobble heads, to Trump socks, to even Trump Flakes and Clinton Crunch cereal.

“It’s so serious all the time with politics. Let’s put a twist on it, let’s make it fun,” said Dan Malafronte, who came up with the cereal with his partner.

For those Republicans that are not big fans of Donald Trump, there’s plenty of anti-Hillary Clinton merchandise to buy as well.
